If there’s one dish more difficult to pair with wine than already tricky tomatoes it’s gazpacho, the chilled Spanish summer soup that includes raw onion and peppers as well. So what wine should you match with it?

Thanks @marinagpoloughlin for the tip-off that the wonderful @tomnd.c.a.l.e (ex Great Queen Street) is back on the food scene masterminding the menu @cafemission.e1. It’s a largely plant-based menu including this addictive Mysore style set dosa with pumpkin sabji and coconut chutney with the occasional fish and meat dish thrown in like this @chalk_stream trout and prawn cocktail . Fresh, healthy, well-priced food served in a lovely light airy room - or the terrace outside if it’s fine which let’s face it it rarely is at the mo.
